This LEED™ Gold Certified multi-service civic center combines rental housing with a gym, fitness centre, dancing studio, library, childcare centre and multi-purpose indoor rooms. Using solar shading and day-lighting controls, the building is designed to reduce solar heat gain while maximizing natural daylight. All interior spaces are day-lit through Columbia Glazing curtain wall and skylights to help boost day-lighting.
