Brentwood Skytrain Station is the signature structure of metro Vancouver’s Millennium Line. The station is in a uniquely prominent location, set 30 feet above Lougheed Highway and visible from all sides. The glazing follows a compound curve made possible by a swiveling supporting clip designed by Columbia Glazing. The glass panels are overlapped to provide protection from the weather, natural ventilation, good visibility, and a safe environment for skytrain patrons. The extensive use of glass makes the station transparent during the day and glow at night.
